Keith’s talk presented data showing that discriminative and affective dimensions of touch shape contact force during free exploration. Daniela’s talk on approach biases towards real-food and food-images suggests that approach biases seem largely insensitive to low-level perceptual stimulus features. And last but not least, Martin showed in his talk that illumination and contrast have distinct effects on obstacle avoidance movements.
